Tressel, YSU Sign Contract

Youngstown State University and former Ohio State football coach Jim Tressel have signed a contract for him to become the school's ninth president. The deal that runs through June of 2017 calls for a 300 thousand dollar annual salary the first two years and a salary based on performance the third year. The contract begins July 1. The university says it will be negotiated and approved later.
