Former OHP Trooper Reaches Plea Deal In His OVI Case

A former Ohio Highway patrol trooper has been ordered to spend three days in alcohol treatment as part of a plea deal to drunken driving charges. Jeremy Garner has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge. Garner was fired in March after crashing into vehicles outside of a Short North bar while off duty.
