The man convicted of shooting and killing another man last year outside of Green Lawn Cemetery will serve 23 years in prison. Prosecutors say 21-year-old Akeem Johnson was running away from a fight last June when 21-year-old Dasean Battle chased him on a bicycle and shot him. Prosecutors say Battle was angry with Johnson for flirting with his girlfriend online.
