Local Jobless Rate Hits Seven-Year Low

Central Ohio's unemployment rate is now at a seven-year low. The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services says the Columbus metro area's jobless rate dropped by nearly a full percentage point from March to four-point-three-percent in April. The department says it is the lowest rate for any metropolitan area in Ohio.
