Columbus Teen Charged With Killing Another Teen

A 16-year-old girl is facing a murder charge after allegedly stabbing and killing another teen Wednesday afternoon on the East side. Police say Cierra Howard killed 17-year-old Jasmine Goodwin outside of her Kenview Road home following an argument. Another female teenager and a man are being questioned in the case. Grief counselors are being made available to students and staff at Walnut Ridge High School today, where Goodwin was enrolled.
