Security Heightened At Juneteenth Festival

Columbus' Juneteenth Festival returns this weekend amid increased security. The annual celebration of African-American emancipation opens today at Genoa Park, featuring food and entertainment. Last year's event was shut down early after a boy was shot by a teenager on the festival grounds. Juneteenth organizers say private security and off-duty Columbus police officers will be on hand, with admission charges covering those costs.
