The State Highway Patrol says the driver of a car was killed Wednesday afternoon when he collided with a dump truck at an intersection in Marion County's Tully Township. 86-year-old George Fetch failed to stop at a stop sign. He was not wearing a seatbelt. The driver of the dump truck, 65-year-old Larry Steinhilber, was not injured.
