Franklin County Sheriff's deputies say a Galloway teenager was shot and killed while breaking into a neighbor's home on Sunday.  Deputies say 17-year-old Reb Barbee was wearing an Insane Clown Posse gang mask and carrying a knife when 37-year-old Heather Tackett, a resident of the Dovalon Place home, shot him as he tried to leave.  Three other teenagers - 18-year-old Adam Pickens and 17-year-olds Brandon Hamilton and Tyler Blazer - are charged with murder for helping plan and commit the break-in. Pickens is being held on 250 thousand dollars bond. Deputies say the Franklin County prosecutor will decide if Tackett will be charged.
