Toledo Man Charged With Child Sex Crime In Hilliard

Hilliard police have charged a Toledo man with using social media to lure a teenager into a sexual relationship.  26-year-old Josef Vrtiska is charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.  Investigators say he tried to meet a juvenile on social media, then pushed the relationship to include texting, phone calls and sexual contact.
