Local Man Charged In Murder-For-Hire Plot

Columbus police have charged a local man with attempting to have two of his friends killed.  Police say Xay Amnathphonthip offered an undercover officer 400-dollars this week to kill the two friends.  Police believe the motive was a financial dispute.
