Clark County officials are working to remove the thousands of crows roosting at night in downtown Springfield. Downtown businesses and city workers are using noise devices and laser pointers among other deterrents. The CEO of the Clark County Historical Society says removing the droppings at the county's Heritage Center and other buildings is costly for property owners.
