Jury Convicts OWU Stabbing Suspect

Delaware Police

A Delaware County jury has convicted the man accused of stabbing the Ohio Wesleyan University student body president.  24-year-old Nicholas Eber was convicted Friday on charges of felonious assault and aggravated burglary for stabbing 21-year-old Anthony Peddle in his fraternity house last May. Prosecutors say it followed a dispute over a failed romantic relationship. Peddle and Eber were friends and roommates. Sentencing is scheduled for January 26.
