A Hilliard Darby High School student is behind bars, accused of downloading child pornography. Franklin County Sheriff's deputies say 18-year-old Javier Nieto was arrested this week after images were tracked to his home computer. Nieto reportedly told investigators he had been downloading child porn for at least two years.
