An elderly Dublin woman is dead after a crash in Clark County. The State Highway Patrol says Joan Hayslip was killed yesterday when her car went off South Pitchin Road in Green Township and struck a tree. Troopers are looking into the possibility that Hayslip had a medical emergency before the crash.
