Victim Of Fatal Fire Identified

Fire officials have identified the man killed in a house fire Tuesday night in Licking County's Union Township. 46-year-old James Tapia was killed. A firefighter sustained a broken leg after slipping on ice at the scene. The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
