Four Newark Fires Intentionally Set

Newark fire officials say four of the seven fires reported this month have been ruled arsons. Fire officials say the intentionally set house fires were on Allston Avenue, North 2nd Street, Essex Downs Drive, and South 4th Street.  Two of the fires have been linked to one arsonist. The Ohio Blue Ribbon Arson Committee offers a reward of up to 5 thousand dollars for information leading to a conviction.
