Yellow Springs Cop Pleads Not Guilty To Assault Charge

The Yellow Springs police sergeant accused of assaulting a woman is awaiting a trial date.  Naomi Penrod has pleaded not guilty to charges of twisting the arm of a woman who was recording video of officers serving civil papers at her home in November.
