Central Ohio Foreclosure Activity Declined In February

Foreclosure activity in central Ohio declined in February. The mortgage listing service RealtyTrac says 810 foreclosure-related court documents were filed in eight central Ohio counties, down from 882 in February of last year. Nationally, nearly 102 thousand foreclosure-related documents were filed, down 9 percent from February 2014 and the fewest since July 2006. The company credits an improving economy.
