Jeni's To Resume Ice Cream Production This Week

Columbus-based Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams says production at its Columbus plant is expected to resume this week, nearly three weeks after listeria contamination forced a massive recall. In a message posted on social media, the company says its production kitchen was cleaned and transformed to eliminate the risk of future contamination.
