Man Sentenced For Sexual Conduct With Hilliard Teen

A Toledo man has been sentenced to three years in prison for having sexual contact with a Hilliard teen. Prosecutors say 26-year-old Josef Vrtiska, a former University of Toledo law student, met the 14-year-old girl online and traveled to Hilliard to have sex with her three different time.
