Police Identify Woman Found Slain On East Side

Columbus police have identified the woman found dead in the parking lot of an apartment complex Sunday night. Police say 29-year-old Lucero Villa died at the Gardens of Easton Apartments near Stelzer and McCutcheon roads. Police have ruled out a random attack and robbery as motives.
