Yellow Springs Cop Acquitted Of Assault And Other Charges

A Greene County jury has acquitted a Yellow Springs police sergeant of civil rights violations.  Naomi Penrod was accused of taking the camera of a woman who was recording police activity outside of her home last fall.  Penrod was charged with assault, interfering with civil rights, and disorderly conduct.
