Man Indicted For Dousing Fiancee With Gas

A local man has been indicted for allegedly setting fire to his fiancee.  A Franklin County grand jury has indicted Michael Slager on charges of arson, felonious assault and possession of criminal tools.  Police allege Slager threw gasoline on his fiancee,  31-year-old Judith Malinowski, behind a Gahanna gas station earlier this month.  Malinowski remains hospitalized in critical condition. Slager is due back in court next week.
