Columbus police say a Reynoldsburg woman faces involuntary manslaughter and child endangering charges following the May drug overdose death of her daughter. 31-year-old Erica Barley is charged in the death of 14-month-old Annabella Sagstetter, who was found in a Columbian Avenue drug house. Police say Barley took the child to the home.
