OSU Prof To Get National Medal Of Arts

An Ohio State University professor and visual artist will receive the National Medal of Arts from President Obama at a White House ceremony on September 10. 59-year-old Ann Hamilton and 11 other artists, including actress Sally Field and author Stephen King, will receive the award. Hamilton is known for her multimedia works incorporating unlikely materials.
