Local Woman Indicted For Daughter's Drug Overdose Death

Columbus Division of Police

A Franklin County grand jury has indicted a woman on involuntary manslaughter and child endangering  charges after her 14-month-old daughter died from ingesting heroin last May. Prosecutors say 31-year-old Erica Barley took Annabella Sagstetter to a Hilltop drug house to purchase heroin. The child somehow ingested the drug and died in the home.
