A West Virginia woman has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for her role in an April 2014 robbery and shooting death on the Hilltop. 23-year-old Heather Jarvis was sentenced Wednesday. Prosecutors say Jarvis and 24-year-old Larry Mausali traveled from Parkersburg to collect money from 26-year-old Kenneth Owens and his father. The two turned a gun on the elder Owens at his Hague Avenue home and demanded he drive them to withdraw money. Owens fatally shot Mausali in his car.
