Teen Pleads Not Guilty To Making Threat Against Local School

A Licking County youth has pleaded not guilty to a delinquency charge of making a racially-charged bomb threat against Newton Elementary School. The 11-year-old boy has been released to the custody of his parents and will go on trial next month.  Sheriff's deputies say the boy posted the threat on a school computer this week, days after the North Fork Local Schools canceled Utica High School's homecoming festivities because of similar threats.
