A Warren County judge has scheduled trial to begin at the start of the year for an Arizona man charged in the 23-year-old slaying of a competing furniture salesman from Dublin. Sam Perone pleaded not guilty after being extradited from Phoenix to face charges in the death of 41-year-old Richard Woods at Perone's furniture store in Lebanon. Prosecutors say new forensic techniques and witnesses statements helped break the case.
