Shawnee Hills police chief Sean LeFever has been indicted on theft in office charges. Delaware County prosecutors say the sheriff's office got a complaint last summer about improper compensation given to the chief involving work-time reporting. No details have been released. LeFever has been on paid leave since August. A court date is pending.
