A Columbus woman has been sentenced to more than four years in prison for her role in an income tax refund scam. 35-year-old Shavona Toles must also pay nearly 2.2 million dollars in restitution to the Internal Revenue Service.  Prosecutors say Toles conspired with others in the preparation and electronic filing of hundreds of false returns for the 2008 and 2009 tax years.  Many returns fraudulently claimed the taxpayer had purchased a home, reported income they had not earned, and claimed dependents they did not know.
