Family Of Ohio Woman Sickened By Listeria Sues Dole

The family of a Cincinnati-area woman has filed a lawsuit against the Dole company, alleging Listeria in salad processed at the company's plant in Springfield caused her to slip into a coma in January. Dole has yet to comment. 18  people in the U.S. and Canada have become ill after eating the tainted salad.  One person died.
