The suspect in the shooting of a man at a Whitehall apartment building last year will be sentenced on May 12. 26-year-old Justis Younger pleaded guilty on Monday to charges of killing 28-year-old Bobby Walker III in a drug dispute. Prosecutors say the dispute started when Walker obtained marijuana from Younger but failed to pay for it. Walker was killed the Yearling Green Apartments on Rickenbacker Avenue.
