The Columbus man charged with killing his landlord to avoid eviction and setting a vehicle with the body on fire has been indicted on aggravated murder and other charges. 33-year-old Maurice Watkins and a man suspected of helping him set the blaze were arrested last week after firefighters found the body of 50-year-old Joseph Remlinger. 26-year-old Pierre Williams is due for arraignment on Friday.
