A Westerville man has been sentenced to 30 days in jail for causing the death of a 19-year-old woman when he hit her with his boat in 2014. 36-year-old Andrew Lehman pleaded no contest to failure to avoid the collision with water-skier Morgan Montgomery on Alum Creek Reservoir. Montgomery was with a church group when she was struck.
