The family of a man who died at a concert at the Cleveland Indians' ballpark has filed a lawsuit two years after his death. The lawsuit names several defendants including the concert promoter and the team. A team spokesperson declined comment. It's still not clear how 22-year-old Cory Barron of Fremont died. He went missing in July 2014 while attending a concert at the ballpark. A worker at a landfill spotted his body a few days later after a garbage truck had emptied its load. Police looked into whether Barron may have fallen down a five- or six-story garbage chute at the ballpark. The FBI also investigated and said earlier this year it believes Barron was incapacitated or killed and dumped into the chute.
