Bond is set at 1 million dollars for a former state prison guard charged with killing her boyfriend. Licking County prosecutors say 31-year-old Bobbi Proehl told sheriff's deputies she shot and killed 47-year-old Larry Hannah in May and dumped the body behind their Jug Street Road home. Proehl worked at the state prison in Orient until she resigned in 2012.
