Four embattled Upper Arlington City Council members will keep their jobs. Debbie Johnson, John Adams, David DeCapua and Kip Greenhill survived a recall vote yesterday. Ten thousand of the 27 thousand eligible voters cast ballots, and the majority kept the four in office. A group of residents put the recall measure on the ballot, saying the four were not honest with the public about infrastructure spending.
