The Ohio Highway Patrol reports eleven fatal crashes over the Labor Day weekend, despite an increase in holiday traffic. Patrol Sergeant Vincent Shirey says that's a significant decrease from last year.

Shirey says 730 motorists were cited for driving under the influence, two less than last year. More than 48 hundred drivers were cited for seat belt violations.
