Suspect In Shooting Of Chillicothe Teen Arrested In Illinois

The suspect in the shooting of a teenager during a Labor Day party in Chillicothe has been arrested in Illinois. Ross County Sheriff's deputies say Demetrius Powell awaits extradition for shooting and wounding 17-year-old Toni Kennedy during a fight at the party. The teen was treated at a hospital and released.
