A Warren County judge has ruled the man accused of shooting and killing his father and wounding a sheriff's deputy is competent to stand trial. The judge made the ruling in the case of Mohammed Laghaoui after hearing testimony from a psychologist who described him as severely mentally ill, but able to assist in his defense. Laghaoui was charged after the June 9th shootings that followed an altercation.
