Columbus City Council last night approved a 200 thousand dollar settlement of a lawsuit filed by a man who sustained severe injuries when he was hit by a Columbus Division of Fire ambulance in December of 2013. Josh Cox with the city attorney's office says Tyrone Powell was injured when he was hit by the vehicle driven by paramedic Patrick Dunbrack.
