Ross County Deputies Recapture Teen Who Escaped Detention

Ross County Sheriff's deputies have recaptured a teen who escaped from the county's juvenile detention center over the weekend. Deputies say 16-year-old Kody Johnson was arrested earlier this year on arson and receiving stolen property charges filed in Highland County.
