One of northeast Ohio's largest fall festivals takes place this weekend. Vermilion's Woollybear festival includes a parade, family-friendly activities and live entertainment. Thousands of people are expected to attend. The festival celebrates the Woolly Bear caterpillar that, according to legend, can predict winter weather.
