Foul Play Ruled Out In Case Of Body Found Outside Of A Whitehall Home

Whitehall police have ruled out foul play in the death of a man whose body was found in the backyard of a Westphal Avenue home on Sunday morning. Police say preliminary autopsy results show 23-year-old Ryan Przeslica died of exposure to the elements. The final determination will be based on the results of pending toxicology tests.
