Trump Budget Ends Funding For Ohio Amtrak Routes

Amtrak routes that run through Toledo and Cleveland are on President Trump's budgetary chopping block. If passed, the budget plan would affect all seven Ohio Amtrak stations and inter-city service. It would eliminate the Lake Shore Limited, Capitol Limited and the Cardinal train that make stops in Ohio.  Ohio is expected to be among several states fighting to keep the funding in place.
