Columbus Man Sentenced On Reduced Charges In Fatal Crash

Franklin County Sheriff's Office

A repeat drunken driver has been sentenced to six months in jail, with credit for 109 days already served. 36-year-old Timothy Castle was charged with vehicular homicide for his role in a fatal crash. That was before the Franklin County coroner changed the death certificate to show 58-year-old Debbie Meadows died of cancer and not injuries sustained in the wreck at Trabue and Wilson roads in 2014.
