A Hamilton County motorist has been indicted for the March 26 dragging death of an Ohio State University student. County prosecutor Joe Deters says 20-year-old Briana Benson has turned herself in to face charges in the death of Madie Hart. Deters says the two had just been involved in a fight when Benson intentionally struck Hart, which was captured on video.
Benson is charged with murder, felonious assault, and aggravated vehicular manslaughter.
