Columbus Man Charged With Killing Local Pastor

A Columbus man hospitalized with injuries sustained in a garage fire has been charged with killing a pastor.  Police say Ricky Skinner beat and killed 81-year-old Joseph McDowell last month in the victim's Southard Drive home.  Skinner was later injured in the blaze inside McDowell's garage.
