POTUS Talks Infrastructure In Cincinnati

President Trump says the U.S. must have the best, fastest and most reliable infrastructure in the world.

He made the comments during a speech Wednesday in Cincinnati promoting his infrastructure plan, including repairs to aging levees, dams, locks and ports. Trump says inland waterways that are critical to commerce depend on a dilapidated system.

He plans to pay for infrastructure improvements with 200 billion dollars in tax breaks he hopes will leverage 1 trillion worth of construction over time.
